Pink Challengers

It is a dragon boat team formed by BCWA members who practices every weekend and have been actively involved in races, internationally and locally. Currently Pink Challengers comprises 18 members. The team now stands by the theme "Paddle for Courage, Strength and Change" that they hope to give support and encouragement to those who are in the same boat - journeying through the breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery and concurrently show the world that there is indeed a meaningful and fulfilling life even after cancer. The key message that the Pink Challengers aim to bring to the public at large is "With early detection and timely treatment, one can continue to live a normal and active life" thereby changing the attitude of the public towards breast cancer
